| List L: Copyright and Designright |
| Typefaces and fonts may be assigned to the Client, provided that;
we have been duly paid for completed commissioned work and the licensing fee,
(based on the number of CPUs using the fonts) is paid prior to distribution of the tyepfaces or fonts. |

|
| List M: Consulting and training |
| Consultation concerning production methods and training in the
use of font creation software and Type design: |

| Technical support for the successful installation work completed is free of

| A purchase order will be required prior to commencement of the work. First-time Clients will be
required to pay 50% of the total cost with their orders. The remaining 50% on completion of the finally approved work,

| All invoices to be paid in Pounds Sterling.
