New weights of typefaces can be hand-drawn based on existing weights. This may be appropriate where a true italic, condensed or expanded weight is required.
Interpolated weights can save much time and expense; using software to create any intermediate weight of any two existing weights.
Kerning pairs built into fonts not only save much time in production, but give your typeset work a consistent 'colour' on the page.
Composite characters, accents and diacritical marks can be added to existing typefaces and added to existing fonts if permitted by the Licence Agreement.
Custom fonts can be made for Windows or Macintosh platforms in PostScript, TrueType or OpenType (CCF, TTF or PS formats).
