usually between 1 and 5 hours of ordering. A free download link is displayed in the
email. The End User clicks a hyperlink, which launches the default web browser (such as Internet Explorer)

| All payment methods offered can be sent online. The on-screen receipt displaying a bar-code must be printed and sent with your payment. If sending by Post to Kagi (based in California, USA) please allow at least 2 weeks for processing of cheques or other payments. |
| If you wish to pay by postal cheque and do not want to wait 2 weeks for Kagi processing, please order online up to the point where the 'Purchase" page is displayed. Print the page showing amount totals. Then Quit the browser to ensure that transaction is not processed. Send the printed page along with your payment directly to us. |
| The purchase price of a product allows use in only one computer platform. Because PostScript fonts are included as standard in all orders, End User must pay again to use the product on a different platform. However, some font formats included in your purchase (TrueType and OpenType) allow cross-platform use, for which there is no further charge. |
