If your version of the program makes the files Sassoon Errors.txt, Sassoon Log File.txt appear on your Desktop, please attach them to an email and send them to us.

Alternatively, when an error is displayed click the "Copy" button to place the error message into your computer's Clipboard memory, then Paste it into the Error message box below. For Windows users Paste is Control+V, for Macintosh users Paste is Command+V.
