Curriculum Online information

What are eLCs?

Electronic Learning Credits (eLCs) are a new form of funding
for maintained primary and secondary schools,
non maintained special schools and pupil referral units in England.

eLCs started to be distributed via the Standards Fund Grant 618
and totaled £50 million for the academic year 2002-2003.

Only Curriculum Online registered Retailers can accept eLCs.

When you have received the resource, the supplier will invoice your school directly.
The invoice should be paid using your existing procedures, and the expenditure
recorded in your school's accounts under Standards Fund Grant 31c (formerly 618).

If the resource is available free of charge, details will be displayed on either the
resource information page or the supplier's own site describing how to obtain it.
