Making payments via Kagi

Enter the number of stand alone computers or terminals connected by a Server
(collectively known as CPUs) that will use the product and click the appropriate Add to cart button.

Here we show an example of a Purchase Order transaction. But payment can be made in many other ways.
Just select one of the other radio button for the particular payment method you prefer.
If all product details are correct, you may enter other details and Checkout.
If the quantity is incorrect, change the quantity and select Recalculate totals.
To delete an item, select Remove and Recalculate totals.
ADDING MORE ITEMS
ONLY USE the Continue Shopping button to add more items to your Cart:
When you do this, the system is not smart enough to know which page you want to return to,
so takes you to the main Kagi store page. This lists all our Product ranges.
Click any of these links to see Product item numbers that may be added to your Shopping Cart.
If no more items are needed, select a Payment method...

The amount of your purchase may initially be shown in a Currency which may not be the one you require. You may select a different Currency in which to pay by clicking the 'Currency' drop-down menu and selecting from :
AUD (Australian Dollars)
CAD (Canadian Dollars)
EUR (Euros)
GBP (Great British Pounds)
JPY (Japanese Yen)
USD (United States Dollars)
Enter your shipping address Only (your name or Organisation is entered on the next page).
When the Product items are correct and as you would like them, click Checkout
Enter your Email address to which the download link should be sent.
Enter your Full name your School or your Organisation.
Only enter details in Billing address if they are different from the Shipping address
Check the Save my customer information for next time box.
YOU MUST check the box to agree to Kagi's Refund Policy
Check all the details now displayed and when you are ready to confirm, click Purchase.
Your confirmation of order will be displayed on-screen immediately...

CARD PAYMENTS
Credit card transactions are automated and do not rely on working hours. Card transcations are usually completed between 2 minutes and 2 hours of online ordering. Purchasers receive payment confirmation my email entitled Thanks for your purchase containing a 'download link' to products.
POSTAL OR WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENTS
Purchase Orders are confirmed with an on-screen Invoice so that correct payment can be raised.
Cheque purchasers receive an on-screen Payment Form so that correct payment can be raised.
Wire Transfer (BACS) purchasers receive instructions on where to forward payment.
When Kagi sends us (and you) confirmation of payment, the purchased items will be sent to you as a 'download link' in a confirmation email entitled Thanks for your purchase. Schools, Colleges and other government institutions may request their ordered product before the payment has been received by Kagi. To do this, please also Fax or Post a copy of the Kagi Invoice to us. A download link to your purchase will then usually be sent within 48 hours.
A delay in processing a transaction may occur if:
1. Traffic is heavy and your email is held up.
2. The clearing Bank's system is busy, try again later.
3. There is a fault with the input details of your purchase.
4. A product has been ordered twice on the same day or in the same transaction.
(In which case, please wait at least 24 hours and order again).
5. A Hotmail (or other 'free') email account is used and cannot be verified by the Kagi System. These are not trusted because free accounts can be used for fruadulent purposes.
(In that case, please use a different paid-for email address to purchase).
