CARD PAYMENTS Credit card transactions are automated and do not rely on working hours. Card transcations are usually completed between 2 minutes and 2 hours of online ordering. Purchasers receive payment confirmation my email entitled Thanks for your purchase containing a 'download link' to products. POSTAL OR WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENTS Purchase Orders are confirmed with an on-screen Invoice so that correct payment can be raised. Cheque purchasers receive an on-screen Payment Form so that correct payment can be raised. Wire Transfer (BACS) purchasers receive instructions on where to forward payment. When Kagi sends us (and you) confirmation of payment, the purchased items will be sent to you as a 'download link' in a confirmation email entitled Thanks for your purchase. Schools, Colleges and other government institutions may request their ordered product before the payment has been received by Kagi. To do this, please also Fax or Post a copy of the Kagi Invoice to us. A download link to your purchase will then usually be sent within 48 hours. A delay in processing a transaction may occur if: 1. Traffic is heavy and your email is held up. 2. The clearing Bank's system is busy, try again later. 3. There is a fault with the input details of your purchase. 4. A product has been ordered twice on the same day or in the same transaction. (In which case, please wait at least 24 hours and order again). 5. A Hotmail (or other 'free') email account is used and cannot be verified by the Kagi System. These are not trusted because free accounts can be used for fruadulent purposes.
