"Paste License" fails to Register my software.
How do I Register correctly?

Paste License - troubleshooting
When the "Register" button is clicked and nothing happens it is because although the
Name and Serial Number appear to be correct, there is an extra (hidden) character,
usually the RETURN, which has been copied and pasted or the ENTER has been used from the keyboard.
DO NOT USE ENTER OR RETURN KEY. This invalidates the Serial Number.
Please try deleting information in all fields.
Then enter Username again. DO NOT USE ENTER OR RETURN KEY.
TAB to the first Serial Number field and press the "Paste License" button.
DO NOT USE ENTER OR RETURN KEY.
Now press the "Register" button.
If this fails, please follow the complete instructions below.
COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS
In the email, drag your cursor across the Serial Number and Copy the text which may look something like this:
>403949-21353A-353148-172C35-373735-31A73A-27363B-45C<
(To copy, press Ctrl C on Windows, or Command C on Macintosh)
Ensure there are no hidden characters, launch a plain text editor such as Word.
Paste into a blank document. You *may* see the cursor appear on the line below,
indicating that a Return character is present. Now select ONLY the Serial Number and Copy again.
Launch Sassoon Joiner and go to Help... Register... Activation.
Ensure there is no information in any of the fields by deleting their contents.
From the keyboard, enter the Name...
>My Name CN12 T3Y<
DO NOT USE ENTER OR RETURN KEYS.
Press TAB or click into the first field of the Serial Number.
Press the "Paste License" button.
The Serial Number should now appear with no unwanted hidden characters.
DO NOT USE ENTER OR RETURN KEYS.
Press "Register" to complete the process.
A successful Registration results in a message stating:
The software has been registered correctly.
We hope you will enjoy Joiner.
All should now be well.
If the Registration fails, suspect the hidden character issue and paste again into a
plain text document to check for hidden characters. Alternatively, consider entering manually.
Entering License manually
If Pasting fails, we recommend entering all details in the Activation pane manually using the keyboard.
Do not use any ENTER or RETURN keys. Instead, TAB into or click with the mouse into each field.
Use only the "Register" button provided. This should ensure trouble free Registering.
Innaccurate entry is the only issue that may arise using this method.
When the "Register" button is clicked and an error message appears, its cause is the
Name and Serial Number do not match the information sent to you by email.
Please check it and enter again carefully.
