Installation instructions are included with each Product.
Our online FAQ pages are also there to assist you, which should answer all your questions.
Users are reminded that it is their responsibility to make adequate back-up of
purchased products, including safe storage of CDs. We no longer supply CD delivery service.
Delivery is only by download link. If passwords and serial numbers are resupplied,
these will carry the appropriate charge below. If CD is lost, product must be repurchased
and a download link will be supplied. If software from download links is lost, product must be repurchased.
After purchase
You may contact us for advice. The first 5 minutes of telephone support (01737 643300) or
email advice is free,
to establish what further level of support is required.

If further support is necessary, you will be asked to choose one of the Buy Now options below
to solve your problem.
1. Purchase Technical Support
Choose this option to order a replacement for faulty CD, have lost passwords resent,
or if you need help reinstalling your software from the CD or Download Link:
- Per call: £10 +VAT. Charge covers anything that can be resolved with one call,
email or fax reply including re-supply of lost password(s).
- Per issue: £25 +VAT. Charge includes all telephone calls, faxes,
emails and correspondence relating to that issue until resolved.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPTION
Kagi accepts the following methods of payment:
Purchase Orders, Cheques, Cash, Money Orders,
All major Credit/Debit cards, Wire Transfers (BACS),
PayPal. All processed securely online.
Please contact us when your payment has been confirmed
and be ready at your computer to receive advice.
2. Purchase the product again
Choose this option if the CD to unlock your purchase is not available.
Also choose this option if a back-up of your purchase is not available.
Full product purchase entitles the User to receive free advice up to the point of successful installation.
