Installation instructions are included with each Product.
Our online FAQ pages are also there to assist you, which should answer all your questions.

Users are reminded that it is their responsibility to make adequate back-up of purchased
products, including safe storage of CDs, passwords or Serial Numbers to access products.
Internet downloaded software should be backed-up immediately after first successful installation.


After purchase

or email advice is free, to establish what further level of support is required.

Choose this option to have lost passwords resent, a download link sent
or if you need help reinstalling your software:


Kagi accepts the following methods of payment:
Cheques, Cash, Money Orders. Major Credit and Debit cards.
Wire Transfers (BACS), PayPal. All processed securely online.

Purchase Orders are a matter for your internal administration and do not
constitute a payment. Please choose one of the available payment methods above.

and be ready at your computer to receive advice.
